I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in an idyllic mountain village. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure its guests are happy. First, the hospitality shown by the friendly and hardworking owners was truly outstanding. They were always there with a smile on their face, ready to cater to our every need. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. They were fully equipped, impeccably clean, and had stunning views of the mountains. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. Not only did it offer a variety of delicious continental options, but it also featured local and homemade products. I especially loved the freshly made eggs and the selection of local yogurts with grains, seeds, nuts, and fresh fruit. All in all, this hotel offers exceptional value for money and is perfect for a relaxing getaway or a family holiday.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a sauna room that was easy to schedule and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, including local and homemade products. Additionally, the transportation services provided by the hotel, such as the free shuttle service to the ski lift and free bus to downtown, made it easy to get around this city.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's breakfast is decent with a variety of healthy options, but the absence of a made, to, order menu is disappointing. the location is acceptable, but one has to walk for 10, 20 minutes to reach the ski lift or downtown. the room is clean and well, furnished, but the bathroom is slightly cramped. the staff is friendly, but housekeeping service could be more impeccable.
The hotel lacks entertainment options and has limited restaurant choices in the vicinity.

Had an amazing Easter getaway at a hotel nestled in the heart of the mountains. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a great convenience and saved us the hassle of carrying our gear. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, indulging us in local delicacies. The sauna was a perfect relaxation spot after a long day of skiing.
The village had limited options for dining and entertainment, and it was a bit of a drive to the neighboring villages. , our room sofa was not very comfortable and the living room lamp kept getting in the way.
